Are the phones really unlocked? +
Yes. Every phone is checked for carrier locks and a clean IMEI before it's listed. It works with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and prepaid carriers.
What's the difference between Grade A and Grade B? +
Grade A looks like new at arm's length with 85%+ battery health. Grade B has light wear on the frame, a flawless screen and 80%+ battery health. Both work perfectly.
What does the 90-day warranty cover? +
Any functional defect that wasn't caused by damage: battery, buttons, cameras, screen, charging. We repair or replace it.
How long does a screen repair take? +
Most screen and battery repairs are done the same day, often in under two hours. Book online and we'll confirm a drop-off time.
How does trade-in work? +
Get an estimate above, then ship your phone free or bring it in. After inspection we confirm the value and apply it as credit.
Can I return a phone? +
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's in the condition you received it.
